The Great War is over-burdened by a mythology, which proclaims poor leadership and a generation of young men doomed to slaughter.
The reality is far more inspiring!
My sincere thanks to the Tanzania YPO for their wonderful hospitality during my recent visit to speak to them.
Unforgettable!
I challenge these myths and apply the reality to modern leadership, showing how we have much to learn from this much-maligned group.
